ISHO loyalty program is designed to give out the feeling to the customers that anyone who buys any product from ISHO becomes a part of the family and is eligible for getting certain privileges from the company. Another key aspect of the program is that it will motivate the customers to do repeat purchases from the company.

Details:

ISHO provides One Year Free Service warranty for any manufacturing fault.

  • Any customer buying any product from ISHO will get a loyalty card. The card will have a unique serial number (could also have the customer’s name if possible).
  • For every BDT 100 purchase, the customers will get 1 ISHO points which will be applicable the next time the customer purchases anything. 1 ISHO points is equivalent to BDT 1. The customer can redeem the BDT amount equivalent to their points at any time from ISHO (through product purchase only). The points once redeemed can’t be retrieved again.

Once a customer accumulates 1000 points, they become a ‘REGULAR’ member of ISHO and get a bonus of 100 points and a free ISHO product (may vary according to membership).

Regular members will get Gift card worth BDT 2,000 on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries etc.

They will be the first to know about any new ISHO product or product offers. In order to remain being a Regular member, the customer will have to spend at least BDT 30,000 in the next 1 year.

If a Regular member redeems his/her 1000 points then they exhaust the monetary value of their points, but they retain their ‘Regular’ membership and from their next purchase their point count will continue from 1000. But the next time they redeem their points those 1000 points won’t count.

Once a customer accumulates 3500 points, they become a ‘Aficionado’ member of ISHO and get a bonus of 200 points and a free ISHO product (may vary according to membership).

Aficionad members will get Gift card worth BDT 4,000 on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries.
They will get free consultation regarding interior design, setup etc.
They will also get free invitation to all ISHO events.
They will be the first to know about any new ISHO product or product offers.

In order to remain a Aficionado member, the customer will have to spend at least BDT 50,000 in the next 1 year.

If a Aficionado member redeems his/her 1000 points then they exhaust the monetary value of their points, but they retain their ‘Regular’ membership and from their next purchase their point count will continue from 1000. But the next time they redeem their points those 1000 points won’t count.
Connoisseur

Patron of the arts

Once a customer accumulates 7000 points, they become a Connoisseur member of ISHO and get a bonus of 500 points and a free ISHO product (may vary according to membership).

Connoisseur members will get Gift card worth BDT 6,000 on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries etc.
They will get free consultation regarding interior design, setup etc.
They will also get free invitation to all ISHO events.
They will be the first to know about any new ISHO product or product offers.
They also get free CO-LLAB (Co-working space by ISHO) membership.

In order to remain a Connoisseur member, the customer will have to spend at least BDT 80,000 in the next 1 year.

If a Connoisseur member redeems his/her 7000 points then they exhaust the monetary value of their points, but they retain their Connoisseur membership and from their next purchase their point count will continue from 7000. But the next time they redeem their points those 7000 points won’t count.
